In its first phase, the school will house a 500 bedded Yadupati Singhania super-speciality hospital with state-of-the-art facilities in the following clinical disciplines:

- Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgery
- Gastroenterology
- Surgical Gastroenterology
- Nephrology
- Urology
- Neurology
- Neurosurgery
- Emergency or Trauma Care Center
- Center for Pediatric Care
Centre for Cancer Care and Research
