The School complex will be built over a 30-acre plot within the IIT Kanpur campus. The space has been identified and various preconstruction studies are being carried out. The total built-up area of the School will be 8,10,000 square feet. The first phase of the project focuses on establishing a Super Speciality hospital, and a separate oncology building along with necessary supporting infrastructure including an engineering block, electricity substation, and sewage treatment facility.
